As a result of Rullion’s service excellence and long term track record in supplying and retaining major clients, we have also built up a large number of Direct IT Contractors (IT Contractors who have secured their own contract) and Migrated IT Contractors (IT Contractors transferred to Rullion as their existing agency could no longer supply). However, the key difference with our Payroll Division is that we still only employ highly experienced Account Managers who understand all aspects of managing IT contractors.
Process
A clearly defined and efficient process has been put into place as it is our aim to ensure that both new and existing clients secure and retain the services of Direct Contractors without any disruption to their business plans.
New Direct Contractors will receive honest and clear advice on Terms and Conditions, Umbrella Companies, Market Rates and Limited Company Formation. Existing Direct Contractors will continue to receive the same excellent level of service which they already enjoy but they will also benefit from the Payroll Division's process for extending their contract assignment.
