The completion and analysis of the questionnaire can be delivered either online or in hard copy. This allows completion online, at home, at work or at a dedicated interview centre. If a range of tests are required to explore different skill sets and competencies, the online approach allows the candidate to complete them at their own leisure over a period of time. The average time for a candidate to complete an individual Wave test is 15 minutes. Other tests such as numerical reasoning take less than 10 minutes each to complete.
