Rullion appreciates and embraces all the themes of an equal opportunities organisation. Our diversity policy involves the following key aspects:

·         We are a member of The REC’s Award Winning Diversity Pledge and are committed to providing the most appropriate range of candidates to our clients

·         We actively publicise the fact that we take diversity seriously, both in the workplace and amongst our candidates

·         We have registered with Professional DiverCity and their delivery agent, IODA, to be certified as Diversity Assured.  Our HR Department is currently undertaking an audit programme which will lead to us gaining this accreditation

·         All candidates submitted to clients will complete a diversity questionnaire, covering ethnic background, disability, gender, faith, sexual orientation and location

·         All candidates submitted will be provided with brochures, leaflets, documents etc. detailing our client’s diversity goals and policies to ensure that they are fully versed in this area before the interview stage
